Older doors, older openings
Oakboro's housing stock skews older than the new build corridors west of here, and that shows up in the garages. Openings that are not a standard size. Headroom that a modern track will not fit under without a low headroom kit. Detached garages with a door that has been on it since the seventies.
That is normal work and it is not a problem, as long as somebody measures before they order. The four measurements that decide everything are the opening width and height, the headroom above it, the sideroom either side, and how far back the ceiling runs.
An old door that is structurally sound is worth keeping. A door with rotten or split sections is not, and the parts and labor to keep patching it start closing on the price of a door that will be quieter and better insulated.

There are a lot of working outbuildings around Oakboro, and a shop door is a different job from a house door. It cycles more, it is often wider, and the spring on it has usually been sized by guess.

Oakboro is close enough to the shop that a callback is a short drive. That matters more than it sounds. Somebody who will come back and nudge a limit switch or realign a photo eye without it being a whole appointment is worth more than a slightly cheaper first quote.

I have been using Entrance Masters for almost 2 years, and from the first encounter the service has been absolutely fantastic. Fantastic experience, excellent communication, skilled workmanship, extremely reasonable pricing.

So many companies today want you calling the office and email only which slows production and communication. Next he really laid out all the options and explained them in great detail.
